pre wedding in Santorini island

A very long day with Tricia and Chris for their pre wedding in Santorini island.Starting early in Oia to be able to climb on the roofs…it’s not a secret, every photographers knows. The difference is to be able to find the right street to go to the right dome…and to know that, normally, it’s forbidden in almost 90% of the cases.yes, My first pre wedding at Santorini island, you can imagine i was very excited to go there. Specially with a nice team composed by Froni for the make up and hair styling and Giorgos Papacharalampous for the drone captation. Tricia wanted specially a lot of pictures with church and blue dome. Then, we started the shoot very early, as usual. After several hours we drove to Aegialos for a lunch on the beach and to change the style of the session. It’s very impressive to see the traffic jam and to know you have to take this time in account to be at the spot for the sunset. The choice was the cliff located at Megalochori, in front of the bay. A very extreme position and difficult to reach after 20 mns of walk on the stone. It was exactly what i had in mind. I am very happy to show you a trailer as a fusion cut with some pictures inside. About the locations of the second part of the shoot: the beach and this absolutely amazing cliff in front of the bay where we staid until the sunset. The movie with the drone give us the exact feeling we had walking on the roof you can see on the different pictures.It’s a completely different point of view than done manually or on tripod.
